Knowing Me Knowing You
Course for New Mums

The "Knowing Me, Knowing You" (KMKY) group is a virtual, evidence-based course that runs for six weeks during Hampshire school terms. This course is designed specifically for mothers who have given birth and is available until the baby's first birthday. The Hampshire Health visiting service, along with support from Hampshire NHS talking therapies, facilitates the course. Its goal is to provide support and evidence-based information for those experiencing mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety. Weekly progress is monitored throughout the course. In a safe environment, you will explore your thoughts and feelings around anxiety, low mood, and overall well-being. The course aims to increase parenting confidence and includes enjoyable activities for parents and children as well as self-help tools.

To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask that you commit to the full six weeks. For details on how to be referred, please speak to your health visitor. Find their details  here.
