Need some ideas and tips to help support your baby’s speech and language development?

Based on the Five to Thrive approach, this 1½hr Baby Talk workshop will help you to discover the importance of talking to your baby from birth and the practical ways you can help develop their speech and language.

Our workshop will help to support you and your baby right from the start, with ideas which aim to help set them up for life.

The session includes an interactive element with other parents and babies, where you can chat, ask questions and learn new ways of introducing new words to your baby every day.

What does this session cover?

How your baby communicates
The importance of sounds and gestures
Developing attention and listening skills
The value of practical activities (such as singing songs, messy play)
Sharing ideas on rhymes, games and other ways to learn through play.
