Who will be leading the walk?
Each walk is led by a Hampshire Healthy Families team member or volunteer. The walk lead will be wearing a bright green lanyard with Barnardo’s ID. If there is no lead for the walk, a message will be posted on Hampshire Healthy Families social media pages the day before.
Do I need to book a space?
No need to book, just show up!
Who can I contact if I have a question about the walk?
Please use the email address in the walk information to contact your local Community Health Development Worker.

- All walks are pushchair-friendly and will take no longer than an hour.
- Hear about the latest health information and what’s going on in your local area.
- Social opportunities to arrange further meet-ups, or just stay out afterwards – our walkers also enjoy a picnic or a café stop
