Introduction to Solids

Up to six months of age babies get all the nutrients they need from breast milk or infant formula. From around six months your baby can start eating other food.

If you would like to learn more about the next stage of feeding you baby why not join an introduction to solids session led by HIOW Healthcare health visiting.

The Introduction to Solids sessions (link below) takes you through the early stages of feeding your baby and moving onto toddler foods. It includes information on safely feeding your baby, foods to avoid, caring for tiny teeth and healthy weights.

There will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

Please note: The format of this workshop is changing and currently not offering bookings. Please check this page for more information in the new year.
