The Child Health Information Service (CHIS) is responsible for updating and maintaining all the electronic records for anyone aged from 0 - 19 throughout Hampshire.
The team work with various health professionals from Midwives to GP's to ensure parents and carers are updated and informed about the screening appointments and immunisation programme.
CHIS also support Health Visitors, School Nurses, Community Nursery Nurses and Staff Nurses to promote the Healthy Child Programme.
One of the main services we offer is to deliver information to parents around the time their child needs to be vaccinated. You can find out more about the age they are given and the vaccinations required on the link below.
It is important that vaccines are given on time for the best protection, but if you or your child missed a vaccine, contact your GP to catch up.
